Terms of service

By using the Site or placing an order you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, or acting on behalf of such a person or institution.
• You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of any human or animal, and you will not use any product in vivo or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or other use involving humans or animals.
• You are not on any U.S. denied-party, sanctions, or debarment list, and you will not export, re-export, or transfer the products in violation of U.S. export or sanctions laws, nor resell, distribute, or divert the products into any clinical, pharmacy-compounding, human-use, or veterinary-use channel.
• You will not resell or transfer the products to any person who would not satisfy the above.

All products sold on the Site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic application, therapeutic application, or any use involving humans or animals.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, or professional advice. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use beyond controlled laboratory study. By purchasing you accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal in accordance with the laws, regulations, and institutional policies that apply to you.

FDA status

The products sold on the Site are not approved, cleared, licensed, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") or any other regulatory authority for any use, and no such approval is implied. The products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy, and no statement on the Site has been evaluated by the FDA. Any reference to a registered or licensed facility refers only to the registration status of the facility and does not mean any product is FDA-approved, FDA-cleared, or evaluated by the FDA. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition and are sold solely as in-vitro research reagents.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.

• Prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price quoted at checkout.
• We accept cryptocurrency only (e.g., USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL). The crypto amount is calculated from a live FX quote that is locked for a limited window (typically 15 minutes) after you start checkout.
• An order is not accepted until you submit a valid on-chain transaction and we confirm the correct amount has reached our wallet with the required number of network confirmations.
• If the amount we receive is materially less than the quoted amount (e.g., due to a price move or wallet fee), we may treat the order as underpaid and contact you to top up or refund. If we receive more than the quoted amount, we will credit or refund the difference.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, sanctions screening, mis-pricing, or violation of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Refunds, when issued, are sent on-chain in the same asset to a wallet you control. Network and confirmation delays are outside our control.

• We ship to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address.
• At launch we ship within the United States only. Available destinations may expand over time.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs (where applicable), and force-majeure events are outside our control.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or a refund net of shipping costs.

Because of the nature of laboratory research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We will replace or refund product that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and the unused product.

If you believe an order was charged incorrectly or never arrived, contact support@lapeptidelabs.com with your order ID. We aim to resolve disputes informally; refunds, when granted, are issued in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet you control.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable export, sanctions, or controlled-substances law.
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any person who is under 18 or who would administer them to humans or animals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, our systems, or our suppliers' systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond what is permitted by law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a transaction hash that does not belong to you.
• Interfere with the Site's operation (denial of service, malware, abusive automation).

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, code, product descriptions, and branding (LA Peptide Labs, the wordmark, and the monogram), is owned by LA Peptide Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal or institutional research purposes consistent with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY USE BEYOND CONTROLLED LABORATORY STUDY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LAPEPTIDELABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that the products are research compounds that may be experimental, uncharacterized, and hazardous, that their properties and effects are not fully known, and that they have not been evaluated or approved for safety in any human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your purchase, possession, receipt, handling, storage, testing, and disposal of the products, including any risk of personal injury, property damage, or loss. You are solely responsible for using appropriate laboratory facilities, controls, personal protective equipment, and safety and disposal procedures consistent with the laws, regulations, and institutional policies that apply to you. You further assume all risk of, and release us from any liability for, any use of the products outside controlled in-vitro laboratory research — including any administration to or contact with humans or animals — which is strictly prohibited under §2 and the Research-Use Disclaimer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LA Peptide Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or any product, (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, (c) your misrepresentation of your eligibility under §1 or §2, (d) any use of the products in violation of the Research-Use Disclaimer, or (e) any injury, illness, or death to any person or animal, or any claim by or on behalf of any third party arising therefrom, resulting from the administration, ingestion, injection, application, or any in-vivo or in-human use of any product, all of which are strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Los Angeles County, California (or by remote proceeding). YOU AND LAPEPTIDELABS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@lapeptidelabs.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and account email.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top and, for material changes, give reasonable notice (e.g., email or an in-site notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• These Terms, with the documents linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
